The Kennedy Immigration Firm LLC provides a wide range of employment and family based immigration and nationality services to corporate, business and individual clients. Competitive Fees
Our fee structure is developed to provide you with reasonable costs for our services. We have adjusted our fee schedule so that if costs are not incurred you are not charged. Our permanent residency fees are amortized over a period of time. You authorize the legal services you require and are only charged for what is requested.
Meet Our Team
Grace Kennedy
Ms. Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the National University of Ireland, Dublin ( Honors, 1999) and a Master of Laws Degree from Emory University School of Law (2001).
She has extensive experience in immigration related adoption issues, family immigration, bonds, removal defense and international business.
Ms. Kennedy is one of a few attorneys in the United States who routinely handles complex adoption issues involving orphans from predominantly Muslim countries, including Pakistan and Afghanistan. She has researched issues present in intercountry adoption cases and is extremely knowledgeable on all facets of the intercountry adoption process. She routinely advises clients, other immigration attorneys and adoption professionals about orphan status, guardianship orders, and special immigrant juvenile status. She has worked closely with foreign counsel and processed visas for adopted children from all over the world. Ms. Kennedy has assisted numerous families who have received a Notice of Intent to Deny or a Denial obtain visas for their adopted children. She specializes in remedial work on previously denied cases. She is committed to providing thoughtful advice and employing novel strategies to obtain successful results in adoption cases. Ms. Kennedy publishes and speaks on these topics and has previously served as a board member of a non-profit international adoption agency.
Ms. Kennedy routinely represents individuals and families before the Immigration Judge, USCIS and the Board of Immigration Appeals in connection adjustment of status, I-140 petitions, cancellation of removal, and asylum cases. Ms. Kennedy has successfully obtained bond for immigration detainees.
Ms Kennedy also assists employers, investors and businesses with E, H, L, O, P and TN visas.
A native of Ireland, she has a unique personal understanding of the immigration process.
Ms. Kennedy is a member in good standing of the New York Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
